Website build fees need to be quoted on depending on your individual requirements - please contact us or send us your brief.

SiteBuilder's monthly or annual fees scale depending on the requirements of your site, but start at:

  • Static site: £25.00 per month
  • Content management: £50.00 per month
  • Ecommerce: £125.00 per month

What does the monthly or annual fee cover?

Your monthly plan fee covers the following:

  • SiteBuilder Content Management System
  • Free bug fixes and enhancements
  • Hosting on our dedicated servers
  • Database on our dedicated servers
  • Hourly and daily file back-ups
  • Hourly and weekly database back-ups
  • Standard service level agreement (email and telephone support Mon-Fri 9-5)
  • 24/7 critical fault telephone support
  • Ongoing development of the SiteBuilder platform
  • Ongoing updates and patches to the underlying operating systems

Do I have to sign up to a long-term contract?

No, we don’t require a long-term commitment, you pay monthly and you can cancel at any time.

Do you have a terms of service and service level agreement?

Yes, please contact us to receive a copy of our agreement.

Once my site is launched, how do charge for additional updates and amendments?

If you can't update it yourself via SiteBuilder, we time-track any requested updates and charge at £75.00/hour. Estimates can be provided for large updates.

Are there any other fees?

We offer additional services should you or your agency require any help building your website, developing customised features or require additional service level agreements.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit of your build estimate is payable to book in the build date of your website. We then time-track all hours spent on your project and invoice monthly until the project is complete. Monthly or annual fees are instructed via standing orders, we are currently developing an auto-billing Credit Card option. Future requests and support outside of your plan is time-tracked and invoiced monthly.

What happens if I wish to transfer away from SiteBuilder?

You are 100% entitled to take a copy of the front-end files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images etc) which you could run a static version of your website from, but your are not entitled to take any of the content management system's source code.
