Although already a small company with a pretty small carbon footprint, there is always room for improvement and we've implemented a number of strategies that have led to us gaining Eco-Active Level 2 membership.
Some of the strategies we've implemented to minimise our impact on the environment include:
Almost paperless office
We've managed to reduce our use of paper to less that a ream in the last 6 months, primariily by:

taking meeting notes on digital devices

reduced the distribution of business cards, replaced by social media connections, email and CRM

where possible, communicate on email or phone

use online payments rather than cheques

all proposals, estimates, statements and invoices are sent electronically

contracts and sign-off's are completed using a digital signature service
Reduce energy
Office energy usage has been minimised by reducing the time the air-conditioning is running and setting all computer displays and computers to automatically shut-down after a period of inactivity.
Website carbon offset scheme
We've registered this website with the c02stats.com carbon offset scheme and we will be recommending clients also sign-up.
Charities & Sponsorship
We offer reduced rates to all Jersey registered charities and have recently worked with and are proud to support many local charities and associations:
